Below you find our shipping - and payment conditions.
We work exclusively with these conditions.
Commonly when you place an order by means of our web shop handtassen.biz, you aggree to the shipping - and payment conditions of ARI .
PRICES
the prices of our Articles are in Euros and Dollars.
They include 19% VAT and are without shipping-costs.
The shipping-costs amount to 5.00 euro within the Netherlands.
For all countries outside of the Netherlands other shipping-costs apply.
All prices can be subject to change.
ARI is not responsible for any typing or printing errors.
If a wrong price (etc.) is indicated, we reserve the right adapt this.
PLACING AN ORDER
when you have made a choice, you place this product in the shopping-cart.
Pay attentention to the correct color and number of items.
Then you can choose ' Continue shopping ' or ' Checkout '.
When you continue shopping, you return to the shop.
If you ' Checkout ', the total sum is printed to the screen.
Now you enter the information requested in the SSL-protected order processing payment module.
PAYMENT
after you have placed an order, you receive a confirmation of your order by e-mail.
From this you can retrieve the total sum.
You can pay in the following ways:
iDeal
Ideal is a cooperation bond between a number of Dutch banks.
Ideal is a fast, simple and, of course, also safe manner of to pay.

Payments that are made through this system are processed immediately and therefore your order can rapidly be provided.

We accept Mastercard and visas.
You fill your 15 digit number on the front of your creditcard in and the security code ( which you find on the back of your creditcard - these are the last 3 figures of the number)
SHIPPING
We will send you your purchase the same day that we receive your payment.
You receive of this a confirming e-mail with a number of your parcel.
We send by means of TNT.
When they do not find you at home, they will, the next day, once again offer you the parcel.
After 2 attempts they will offer it at your neighbours.
If You do not want this, tell us so before we start shipping.
If the parcel still cannot be delivered it will be left at the post office where you have 3 weeks time to it pick up.
We will send the parcel within 24 hours (working days only) after your payment has been received .

RISK
ARI is not responsible for losing and/or damaging of your order through the shipping method which we use.
As soon as we offer the parcel to TNT post, the risk of damage and loss is for the customer.
Returning an order
you are entitled to return your order, or part of it, within 7 working days counting from the day of supply.
We do not accept the return of dammaged or used goods
We request you send us an e-mail or contact us by telephone preceding your return shipment with the reason and Article number.

Your shipping-costs will be compensated when we are to blame for the return of your order. If you have already transferred money to Vi Web this will be repaid to you.
PRIVACY POLICY
when you place an order at our online shop, you must fill in a number of personal details such as your name, address, place of residence, phone number, e-mail address and invoice, - and the address for delivery. Only this way can we send your order to you and make it possible to contact you on your order.
Your personal details are not supplied to third parties and/or are not used for commercial purposes other than those concerning your order.
Your payment data and credit-card data are not stored on the system for security reasons.
